I found this recipe in my Fitness magazine several years ago and used to make it often - especially when I was running. Every time I see frozen cherries in the grocery store I always think of this smoothie. It's so easy to make and really satisfying!
Chocolate-Cherry Smoothie
Blend 1 cup low-fat milk with 1/2 cup frozen unsweetened tart cherries and 1 tablespoon
unsweetened cocoa powder. Serve with 1 slice toasted whole-grain bread spread with 2 teaspoons peanut butter.
