We have decided to start trying to have a baby in January 2013. It seems so far away when you say it like that, but it's only 276 days! We hope that this will give my husband more time to complete his Law degree and at the earliest, the baby will be born around October. I have already read several baby books that my sister-in-law passed down to me and they have pretty much all said that for people in their late 20's it usually takes 5-7 months to get pregnant. That puts us at a birth month of May 2014 on the late side. I know all of this is totally speculative at this point, but I'm really excited about it!
Most nights I go to bed thinking about all of the timing details, whether we'll have a boy or a girl, who I want to invite to my baby shower. My baby fantasies are pretty much endless at this point!
