15 Weeks

Barely made it in time this week.  I timed myself and this chalkboard took 1 1/2 hours and I still wasn't completely satisfied with the apple sign.  At some point I have to stop, though.  I can be a bit of a perfectionist.

How far along? 15 Weeks 6 Days
Total weight gain/loss: +3
Maternity clothes? Yes, wearing maternity pants
Stretch marks? No
Sleep: 8-9 hours of sleep every night.  Wake up around 2 or 3 am to go to the bathroom.  I bought a snoogle full-body pillow this past week and it has made sleeping much more comfortable.
Best moment this week:  We finished our Christmas shopping!
Have you told family and friends: Yes
Miss Anything? I miss white wine a little bit.
Movement: Ever since our 14-week appointment I feel like I'm more tuned in to my belly and if I can feel any movement.  Things are starting to feel different in there.  It's hard to describe, since I haven't been able to pin-point any exact movements, but I definitely feel some kind of stretching or shifting with random bubbles every once in a while.
Food cravings: I'm pretty much eating like normal now. I haven't been having specific cravings.
Anything making you queasy or sick: Brushing my teeth still makes me gag on occasion.
Have you started to show yet: Yes
Gender prediction: I'm so torn.  I have had several people tell me they think it's a girl and only one person say that they think it's a boy.
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: Fatigue and headaches
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy
Looking forward to: Christmas break!

Here's some info. from babycenter.com on pregnancy at 15 weeks:

How your baby's growing:

Your growing baby now measures about 4 inches long, crown to rump, and weighs in at about 2 1/2 ounces (about the size of an apple). She's busy moving amniotic fluid through her nose and upper respiratory tract, which helps the primitive air sacs in her lungs begin to develop. Her legs are growing longer than her arms now, and she can move all of her joints and limbs. Although her eyelids are still fused shut, she can sense light. If you shine a flashlight at your tummy, for instance, she's likely to move away from the beam. There's not much for your baby to taste at this point, but she is forming taste buds. Finally, if you have an ultrasound this week, you may be able to find out whether your baby's a boy or a girl! (Don't be too disappointed if it remains a mystery, though. Nailing down your baby's sex depends on the clarity of the picture and on your baby's position. He or she may be modestly curled up or turned in such a way as to "hide the goods.")
