26 Weeks

How far along? 26 Weeks
Total weight gain/loss: +19 pounds
Maternity clothes? Yes
Stretch marks? Some under my boobs
Sleep: Still waking up once in the night to pee. My hips have also been falling asleep in the middle of the night. I have to turn from side-to-side every 1-2 hours.
Best moment this week: I bought baby girl's bedding from target.com.  I can't wait to see it in person!  It has a tree with birds on it and they are all different colors - light green, baby pink, and light blue.  I feel like once I have her bedding in my hands, I'll be able to get more of the nursery decorations ready.
Have you told family and friends: Yes
Miss Anything? Sleeping on my stomach AND my back
Movement: Yes - she moves around a lot!
Food cravings: Fruit, lemonade (not really a food, but I've been drinking a lot of it lately)
Anything making you queasy or sick: No
Have you started to show yet: Yes
Gender: Girl
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: Stretch marks, pelvic pain, heartburn, and minor swelling in my hands and feet
Belly Button in or out? Barely in
Wedding rings on or off? Off - I had to part with my wedding ring this week and I was pretty sad about it.
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy, relaxed
Looking forward to: Spring break!!  We are going to work on the nursery AND go to a Bed and Breakfast (our last hurrah/vacation before baby's here).

Here's some info. from babycenter.com on pregnancy at 26 weeks:

How your baby's growing:

The network of nerves in your baby's ears is better developed and more sensitive than before. He may now be able to hear both your voice and your partner's as you chat with each other. He's inhaling and exhaling small amounts of amniotic fluid, which is essential for the development of his lungs. These so-called breathing movements are also good practice for when he's born and takes that first gulp of air. And he's continuing to put on baby fat. He now weighs about a pound and two-thirds and measures 14 inches (an English hothouse cucumber) from head to heel.
