5 Weeks



How far along?  5 weeks
Total weight gain/loss:  I am starting out at 149.  I just weighed myself this morning.  I'll weigh myself each Friday to see how much I've gained/lost.
Maternity clothes? No
Stretch marks? No
Sleep:  Good - I've been trying to get 7-8 hours of sleep each night.  I am at my best when I've had enough sleep.
Best moment this week:  Wednesday was the best day ever - we celebrated 9 years since our first date and also got a confirmation from the doctor that we're pregnant!
Have you told family and friends:  We have told close family (parents, grandparents, siblings) and about 4 close friends.  I have also told 1 coworker that I am very close with.
Miss Anything?  There was one day last week when I had a major caffeine headache, but I didn't cave in and have been fine since then.
Movement: No.
Food cravings: Fresh bell peppersI hated these as a child, but I tried a few slices last week and now I can't get enough.  I bought some at the grocery store last weekend and have been eating them raw with dinner.
Anything making you queasy or sick: No
Have you started to show yet: No
Gender prediction: Don't know - we both just want a happy, healthy baby
Labor Signs: No
Belly Button in or out? In
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time:  Very happy
Looking forward to:  Friday, November 16.  That will be our first appointment with the nurse practicioner.  I'm hoping she'll let us hear the heartbeat!
