| Hubby noticed how much I've grown since the last time he took my picture. I'm so glad I decided to document my baby bump, so we can have them to look back on later. |
How far along? 25 Weeks 5 Days
Total weight gain/loss: +19 pounds
Maternity clothes? Yes
Stretch marks? Some under my boobs
Sleep: Still waking up once in the night to pee. My hips have also been falling asleep in the middle of the night. I have to turn from side-to-side every 1-2 hours.
Best moment this week: Getting 3 free days off of work to be with hubby! We got 9.5 inches of snow and so work (for me) and school (for him) was cancelled.
Have you told family and friends: Yes
Miss Anything? Sleeping on my stomach AND my back, beer
Movement: Yes - Ava is still very active. Friday night, after dinner, baby girl was moving around every 2-3 minutes for about 2 hours. I sat on the couch with Jimi and put his hand on my belly. After about 2 minutes, he felt her move for the first time! I have been feeling her movements for the past 7 weeks, so to have Jimi share that feeling with me was wonderful!
Food cravings: Still loving really juicy fruit (oranges, mandarin oranges, apples). If fruits like watermelon and cantaloupe were in season right now I would probably eat them every day.
Anything making you queasy or sick: No
Have you started to show yet: Yes
Gender: Girl
Labor Signs: No
Symptoms: Stretch marks, pelvic pain, and heartburn. The heartburn has been a recent occurance, and only happens at night. Baby girl does not like it when I snack late at night, and she especially doesn't like popcorn. Tums helps a little. Mostly I've just been avoiding eating before bed.
Belly Button in or out? It's kind of half and half.
Wedding rings on or off? On
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy - I'm finally on the mend from my month-long cold/cough!
Looking forward to: Spring break - we are going to work on the nursery!
We had a doctor's appointment today. Baby's heartrate was 150. I got instructions on the glucose test and have to do it within the next 2 1/2 weeks. Not really looking forward to that. The doctor said I'm still measuring perfectly and everything seems to be going well. We were in and out in 30 minutes.
