Swimsuit Time = Diet Time

My new swimsuit came in the mail yesterday and when I tried it on, I had a bit of a reality check.  It's time for me to go on a diet.  I bought the book The 17 Day Diet about 6 months ago and tried it for a little while.  I lost 10 pounds while using it, but then the holidays came and I slowly gained 7 of the pounds back.  Now that summer is coming, and I really love this swimsuit, I'm going to try it again.  The books says that for the first 17 days you're supposed to follow a daily menu until you lose the weight you want.  If you still have pounds to lose, you can start the second 17-day cycle.

This is the overall plan for the next 17 days:

Breakfast:  2 eggs or 4 egg whites (I did 1 whole egg and 2 egg whites), 1 piece of low-sugar fruit (I had an orange), and 1 cup green tea (I bought the Crystal Light brand green tea packets)

Lunch:  Unlimited amount of protein and vegetables (I had a green salad with tuna and fat-free Italian dressing), and 1 cup green tea

Snack:  1 low-sugar fruit (apple or orange) and 1 probiotic (Yoplait fat-free 100-cal. yogurt)

Dinner:  Unlimited amount of protein and vegetables (I'm going out to eat with my mom tonight to this restaurant that has great under 500-calorie meals).
